ServiceNow是一种基于云盘算的企业服务管理（ESM）平台，它提供了一套周全的解决计划，用于管理和自动化企业的服务和运营。
2024年7月12日，尊龙凯官网入口集团VSRC监测到ServiceNow中修复了多个误差，现在这些误差的细节及PoC已果真，详情如下：
CVE-2024-4879 ：ServiceNow Jelly模板注入误差
ServiceNow UI宏中保存Jelly模板注入误差，未经身份验证的威胁者可使用该误差注入恶意代码，从而绕过清静控制、窃取敏感信息或导致远程执行代码，该误差的CVSS评分为9.3。
CVE-2024-5217：ServiceNow Glide表达式注入误差
由于 GlideExpressionScript 类中对用户输入过滤不当，未经身份验证的威胁者可通过/login.do接口的jvar_page_title参数转达恶意内容导致远程代码执行，该误差的CVSS评分为9.2。
CVE-2024-5178：ServiceNow文件读守信息泄露误差
由于SecurelyAccess API 中保存输入验证不完善，可能导致管理用户未经授权会见 Web 应用程序服务器上的敏感文件，造成信息泄露，该误差的CVSS评分为6.9。

4.3 通用建议
l 按期更新系统补丁，镌汰系统误差，提升服务器的清静性。
l 增强系统和网络的会见控制，修改防火墙战略，关闭非须要的应用端口或服务，镌汰将危险服务（如SSH、RDP等）袒露到公网，镌汰攻击面。
l 使用企业级清静产品，提升企业的网络清静性能。
l 增强系统用户和权限管理，启用多因素认证机制和最小权限原则，用户和软件权限应坚持在最低限度。
